Order confirmation:

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and your order will ship within the following business day. You will receive a second email with your order shipping confirmation and tracking information. Didn't get an email? Let us know by emailing support@loveisproject.co

Shipping:

We ship worldwide! After you enter your shipping address at checkout, you will be prompted to choose your preferred shipping option (as outlined below). 

The costs will be calculated based on your address and the size of your order.
All products are packed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA (USA). Please note that orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped the following business day.

U.S.

• Standard (4-9 Business Days) Delivered by USPS - FREE for every order $80 or more!
• FedEx (2-4 Business Days) - FREE for every order $100 or more!
• UPS (1-3 Business Days)
• Postmates available for same day delivery (Los Angeles area only)

• Standard Shipping: order by 12/13 (Sunday) - FREE order $80+

International

• DHL Standard (4-10 Business Days)
• DHL Express (1-3 Business Days)

For all orders outside of the USA, an additional charge for customs and import duties may apply and are at your responsibility. These charges vary and are solely determined by the customs department of the destination country where the package is to be delivered. If a custom/duty charge applies to your order, you will be notified with 'next steps' from a customs agent when your package reaches its destination country.
